SHIPPING & RETURNS
Domestic shipping will be via USPS priority. Our body and skincare products are handmade in small batches so please allow for orders to be processed within 3-10 Business days (excludes weekends). When orders are done being processed and completed they will be shipped out. Once items have been shipped out we will send out tracking numbers within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind we are based in North Carolina and due to Covid-19 shipping/delivery of orders may be delayed.

TAXES THAT MAY BE REQUIRED FOR A PACKAGE TO BE RELEASED IN CANADA, UK, & ALL OTHER COUNTRIES, IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
Sabrean Skin is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses. The address the customer enters at the time of purchase is the address that we will ship the order to. If you need to change the address, please do so within the 48 hour processing time by emailing us your order number and name.
If purchasing our body butters we do recommend that once tracking numbers are sent to keep track of your order. Our body butters are more susceptible to melting during the warm/hot weather. If that is the case it may cause the jars to appear half full once it has solidified. You have the option to whip it yourself to restore it back to the original form, but to prevent that we recommend to keep up with your order and make sure to not leave it outside for too long. If it does melt we are not responsible for the product melting and will not offer refunds or replacements we take special precaution during the warm months to keep the product from melting.
If by chance you have any issues with your order after it being shipped such as not receiving your package contact your local USPS. Once your order has been shipped we are no longer responsible for the package.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to Covid-19 we are currently not accepting returns. At this time we are offering a refund or a replacement of the damaged item/items within 10 days after purchase. Unfortunately on discounted or promotional items we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. In order to be refunded or receive a replacement you will be required to provide pictures of the damaged product. If your order is received damaged please contact us via our contact section on our website or through our Instagram DM's we will respond as soon as we are able to.
